SWORN TRANSLATIONS

We guarantee that Your text will be handled by an interpreter specialized in the given field. We also ensure complete confidentiality of documents entrusted to us. The price is adapted to every translation project depending on the number of pages, subject matter and deadline. You will be given an individualized discount in the case of long-term cooperation.

The rules for performing certified translations are regulated by the Act on the occupation of sworn interpreter. Sworn translation by law contain 1125 characters per page. The minimum calculation unit is one full page. Documents for certification should preferably be sent in their original form. If You do not have the original, you may send a scan, in which case the sworn interpreter shall add an annotation that the translation is done based on a copy.

Examples of documents which are usually handled as certified translations are contracts, notary acts, National Court Register excerpts, balance sheets, certifications, birth certificates, diplomas, official documents, vehicle documents, etc.

Such documents are confirmed with a special seal which contains the interpreter’s name and surname, language which they specialize in, as well as their reference number on the sworn interpreters’ list.
